Republican Senator Shelley Moore Capito was first elected to the Senate in 2014. Since then, she has consistently put the interests of the Republican Party before the interests of the country. She has been a reliable vote for the dangerous agenda of Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell—and proved so beyond a doubt when she voted both to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, and to pass the Trump tax scam that will hurt working class people in West Virginia.
The people of this country, and the people of West Virginia, deserve better than Shelley Moore Capito.
